Accommodation Amenities
Our accommodation consists of four A-frame bungalows with open plan living and a mezzanine room in the loft area. The kitchen in all villas has a cooker, fridge-freezer, double sink and full kitchen appliances. The en-suite bathroom has hot water shower and there's an outdoor shower for rinsing off from the beach and lagoon. Fresh linen, towels, beach towels and toiletries are supplied and the villas are serviced every three or four days for your comfort, with fresh towels available on request outside of regular servicing.The villas are designed to maximise the tropical breeze with high ceilings and louvre styled windows (all doors and windows are fully screened). A wall-mounted fan and commercial grade stand fan provide assisted air-flow and all villas are equipped with hybrid air-conditioners for the hotter months.
Bungalows can be set-up as a Super King bed for couples only, split-twin beds for friends or sleeping apart, there are two single beds in the mezzanine for families and there's a sofabed in each villa for sleeping an additional person if needed.
Accommodation for Couples
All villas have a Super King size bed with hand-made traditional quilts, a wardrobe and bedside tables. The room can also be set-up with twin single beds instead of the King.
Accommodation for Families
Our accommodation also caters for families with the addition of a mezzanine room in the loft area. The mezzanine is ideal for children with two single beds and is enclosed by a balustrade with a low ceiling at the ends (like the top half of an A). Access to the mezzanine is via a steep wooden staircase from the downstairs sleeping area and may not be suitable for toddlers. The mezzanine can also be set-up as a King bed option for friends travelling together although it is a bit of a squeeze. Villas can sleep a maximum of 4 adults; or 2 adults and 3 children under 12 years (two single beds in the mezzanine loft and one child sleeping on the sofa bed). A portacot is also available for infants; or a roll-away bed can be added for a 4th child on special request, although both limit living space in the villa.
Accommodation for Groups
With just four villas our accommodation is the ideal spot for hosting small groups. You can take over all four villas as your own private mini-resort.

Prices are for 1 or 2 people sharing the Super King bed
A complimentary fruit platter is provided in your villa upon check-in
Additional bed or person 13 years of age and over at time of check-in are charged at $75 per night
Additional child 3 to 12 years of age at time of check-in are charged at $50 per night
Children Under 3 years of age stay for free if sharing parents bed. A porta-cot can be provided free of charge for infants.
There is a booking fee of $30 per person per stay which includes return airport transfers with flower lei and introductory local area tour.

All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include Cook Islands Government Tax @ 15%
We do not offer dynamic pricing or discounting - rates are fixed for all visitors unless a speial is posted on our website.
We do not offer our villas to Booking.com / TripAdvisor / Air BnB etc and whilst some of these global booking sites misleadingly showcase Aitutaki Beach Villas, the availability status will show as "not available" or something similar and another property will be offered instead. The minimum stay is 3 consecutive nights in a villa. For those wanting to stay just 2 nights, you can use the 3rd night for late check-out or early check-in.

An infant could also be added in a cot. A roll-away bed can also be added for a 4th child on special request, although this does limit living space in the villa.
